Michelle Davis

Michelle is a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience in the field. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Utah State University and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Lamar University. Michelle completed her internship in mental health counseling within the Morgan School District and previously served as a peer counselor for women and families through the WIC program.

Michelle specializes in working with adolescents and adults facing a wide range of life challenges and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, self-esteem issues, trauma, ADHD, relationship concerns, and adjustment difficulties. Michelle utilizes evidence-based therapeutic approaches with a foundation in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and holistic treatment modalities.

Michelle fosters a warm and welcoming environment for all clients, collaborating with them to establish healthy, realistic goals that support personal growth and progress in addressing mental health challenges. She balances an affirming presence with a direct, evidence-informed approach, utilizing care modalities that best meet each client’s individual needs.
