I am equipped with broad and current inventory of therapy tools with the ability to successfully instruct clients how and when to use each tool for their benefit. My goal is to create a safe space for clients during sessions by being an observant, nonjudgmental, and empathetic therapist. My hope is to help clients with their journey to become mentally healthy, mindful, and self-aware for a new lifestyle that is encouraging and fulfilling to them.
