Great to meet you!

I am passionate about working with clients to transcend their suffering from fears, negative core beliefs, traumas, depression, low mood, and anxiety. My approach is tailored to the individual and offers traditional talk therapy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment-based therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Internal Family Systems concepts, and Psychodynamic therapy. *Note: According to my policy, I do not complete FMLA or disability paperwork at this time.
