I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia since 2015. I received my MSW at the Catholic University of America. I have worked in various settings, including addiction treatment, child welfare, military, and medical/hospital. I am a STAR Behavioral Health Provider and am currently working on a Military Veteran Mental Health Certification. I currently serve as an officer with the Virginia Army National Guard.

I primarily utilize a solutions focused approach along with Cognitive-Based Therapy.
