I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia since 2015. I received my MSW at the Catholic University of America. I have worked in various settings, including addiction treatment, child welfare, military, and medical/hospital. I hold a certification as a Grief Informed Professional, and am working on becoming a STAR Behavioral Health Provider.

I primarily utilize a solutions focused approach along with Cognitive-Based Therapy.
