Great to meet you!

I am a dually board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care to clients throughout Ohio.

I truly enjoy helping individuals improve their mental health and believe in taking the time to get to know each client, building trusting relationships where they feel heard, respected, and supported.

I provide individualized treatment through medication management and holistic, non-pharmacological approaches when appropriate. I have experience treating adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, panic disorder, mood disorders, insomnia, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and other mental health conditions.

I am currently accepting new clients in Ohio. After requesting an appointment, you’ll be asked to complete intake forms before your visit is confirmed so I can review your history and make the most of our first appointment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs and goals. I take the time to listen, understand your concerns, and work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that fits your lifestyle and preferences.

Whether you choose in-person or telehealth visits, my goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate environment where you feel respected, understood, and empowered as we work together toward achieving your mental health goals

What you can expect from me

During your first visit, we’ll take the time to discuss your concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, and treatment goals.

My priority is to create a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences. Together, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan and discuss the next steps to help you move toward improved mental health and well-being
