Great to meet you!

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I have the ability to provide medication management and therapeutic interventions in one appointment. No need to see multiple providers. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and mood and cognitive disorders such as dementia. I see patients of all ages.

My approach to therapy

The majority of my patients come to me because they are tired of not being heard by their previous providers. I own my own practice so I decide how much time and attention I give to each case, instead of meeting someone else's set quota.

I help clients facing anxiety, trauma, mood changes, and chronic stress across the lifespan. We start with a clear assessment and build a plan that may include medication, holistic strategies, and nervous-system support.

Most clients notice steadier emotions, clearer thinking, and improved daily functioning within the first few weeks.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. We will review your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, previous treatments, and goals for care. This is a collaborative conversation — not an interrogation.

We’ll discuss possible diagnoses, treatment options, and whether medication, therapy, lifestyle changes, or a combination approach makes the most sense for you. If medication is appropriate, we will review risks, benefits, and alternatives in detail so you can make an informed decision.

You’re encouraged to ask questions and be open about what has — and hasn’t — worked for you in the past. The goal of this first session is clarity, safety, and creating a plan tailored to you.

Come as you are. We’ll take it from there.
