Great to meet you!

Are you prepared to effect positive change? I am available to provide assistance. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over twenty-nine years of experience in Community Mental Health, I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults. My experience encompasses addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, work-related stress, relational stress, grief, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I prefer to work from an interpersonal or psychodynamic perspective, emphasizing relationships, including the one we'll build in therapy. I also utilize various techniques from CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness, tailoring approaches to your specific treatment needs.

What you can expect from me

I am here to support you. This implies you have the autonomy to direct the focus of our collaborative work. During each session, we will review current circumstances, progress made, and outcomes. We will conclude by establishing goals and objectives for your treatment. Primarily, I will actively listen to your needs and adapt accordingly, both presently and prospectively. You are in control; I am here to assist you.
