Great to meet you!

Hi, I earned my Master's and Doctorate of Social Work from the University of Kentucky and have over 10 years of experience working with families in all aspects. I work primarily with teens and couples, but also have a love for helping improve the family dynamic and working with substance use clients.

My approach to therapy

As your therapist, I focus on being direct and solution-focused. This means I aim to help you identify practical steps toward achieving your goals, while also addressing any challenges along the way. I keep an open mind, meaning that I respect and understand that everyone's experience is unique. I meet you where you are—whether you’re navigating a difficult situation or simply seeking personal growth—and work collaboratively with you to create an approach that feels right for you. My goal is to empower you and provide the support you need to move forward at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

From our sessions, you can expect to walk away with clear, practical tools and strategies that you can apply to real-life situations. My approach is focused on helping you find solutions, so you’ll leave with a better understanding of how to manage challenges, navigate change, or reach your personal goals. I also encourage self-awareness and growth, so you’ll gain new perspectives on yourself and your circumstances. Ultimately, my goal is for you to feel more empowered, confident, and capable of making meaningful progress in your life.
