Great to meet you!

I work primarily with women navigating infertility, IVF and other fertility treatments, reproductive grief, anxiety, stress, and major life transitions. I also support women who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, burned out, grieving, or navigating changes in relationships, identity, work, or family. My connection to reproductive mental health is both professional and personal. After navigating four years of fertility treatment myself, I understand how isolating and emotionally consuming the process can become. I am an Ohio LISW-S with more than a decade of behavioral health experience and have completed ASRM/MHPG education focused on reproductive mental health.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, genuine, collaborative, and practical. Therapy is a place where you do not have to stay positive, minimize what you are feeling, or protect everyone else from the harder parts of your experience. We will make space for grief, anxiety, anger, uncertainty, relationship stress, and difficult decisions while also identifying tools that help you feel more grounded and supported. I tailor our work to your needs and goals and believe you should feel respected, understood, and actively involved in your care. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling less alone and better able to navigate what you are carrying. Together, we can strengthen coping skills, work through grief and uncertainty, prepare for difficult conversations or decisions, set boundaries when needed, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have gotten lost along the way. Therapy will not erase what you are going through, but it can give you a place to be fully honest and help you move through it with more support and steadiness.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what has brought you to therapy. We will talk about what you have been experiencing, how infertility or other life stressors may be affecting you, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You will not be expected to tell your entire story or have everything figured out in one session. I will ask questions, listen, answer any questions you have about therapy, and work with you to identify the areas where support would feel most helpful. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and clear about what our work together can look like.
