Great to meet you!

My motivation to become a therapist stemmed from my desire to be the kind of therapist I never had. With my certification in EMDR therapy, I am equipped to assist clients in retraining their brain to alleviate emotional distress and challenge negative self-beliefs linked to traumatic memories.

My approach to therapy

Are you prepared to regain control of your life? I am dedicated to assisting you in conquering life's obstacles and embracing your genuine self. I utilize a comprehensive healing approach, addressing the mind, body, and spirit. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal conflicts, grief, self-esteem, eating disorders, and other mental health challenges. I have an affinity for helping adolescents, teenagers, and young adults navigate their journey towards independence.

What you can expect from me

Clients often characterize me as empowering, engaging, and authentic. Our collaboration will focus on enhancing your emotional awareness and developing techniques to comprehend, manage, and gain a sense of control over your emotions. We will work together to dive into the underlying reasons for emotional turmoil and feeling stagnant, paving the way for you to pursue the life you desire.
