Great to meet you!

I know that starting therapy can feel intimidating, but my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported—without judgment. I believe healing happens through real connection, practical tools, and self-compassion, not just talk.

Here’s what you should know about working with me:

I take a hands-on, practical approach. Therapy with me isn’t just about processing emotions; it’s about learning skills you can use in real life. I provide individualized, evidence-based homework so you can actively work on your growth between sessions.

🌿Mindfulness is at the core of my work. Whether it’s learning how to regulate emotions, reduce anxiety, or build self-worth, I help clients develop deeper awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and body sensations.

I stay grounded in science. My approach is informed by cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs), and somatic awareness techniques, all backed by research.

I’m collaborative and down-to-earth. Therapy isn’t me “fixing” you—it’s us working together to explore what’s holding you back and how to move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.

I also support other therapists. In addition to therapy, I offer licensure supervision for associate therapists and professional development/coaching for those already in the field.

If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are and help you create meaningful change, let’s connect.

My approach to therapy

Therapy should be more than just a conversation—it should give you tools for real-life change. I take a hands-on, mindfulness-based approach to help you cultivate self-worth, manage anxiety, and navigate life’s transitions.

One unique aspect of my practice is how I incorporate technology to personalize your therapy experience. I collaborate with AI to co-create individualized homework assignments tailored to your needs. Whether you’re working on self-compassion, setting boundaries, or reducing anxiety, we develop structured exercises that fit your life. This allows you to actively engage in self-growth between sessions, making therapy more dynamic and effective.

Sessions are conducted online, giving you flexibility while maintaining deep connection and support. If you're ready to invest in yourself and build a life rooted in confidence and self-compassion, let’s connect.

What you can expect from me

What Can You Expect from Working with Me?

A Brain-Body Approach to Healing: I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help reframe negative self-talk, mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) to regulate emotions, and somatic awareness techniques to address how stress manifests in the body.

Personalized, Evidence-Based Homework: Between sessions, I use AI-assisted tools to co-create individualized exercises that align with your therapy goals. Research shows that practicing skills outside of therapy strengthens neural pathways, making change more sustainable (Kazantzis et al., 2017).

Experiential Therapy for Lasting Change: Instead of just talking about change, we actively practice it. This might involve guided self-reflection, structured self-care exercises, or strategies to set and maintain boundaries—all grounded in neuroscience and behavioral psychology.

Compassionate Accountability & Growth: We will work together to challenge limiting beliefs and develop self-compassion, which has been shown to improve resilience and emotional well-being (Neff & Germer, 2013).
