If you’re experiencing anxiety, adjusting to the emotional shifts of pregnancy or postpartum life, or carrying the weight of grief and loss, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy can provide space to process, heal, and move forward. I am currently accepting new clients and excited to work with you!
