Great to meet you!

I'm glad you are here. Are you a new parent? Have you recently experienced a loss, disappointment, or shift and you're not quite sure what's next? If you’re experiencing anxiety, adjusting to the emotional shifts of pregnancy or postpartum life, or carrying the weight of grief and loss, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy can provide space to process, heal, and move forward. I am currently accepting new clients and excited to work with you!

I want you to feel seen, understood, and ready to try something new. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals, learn coping strategies, and explore new perspectives. Any change can feel uncertain, but it’s often in that “messy middle” where we discover our resilience and come out stronger.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered and empowering. I believe the relationship we build together is the foundation for meaningful growth and lasting change. It’s through this connection that you can begin to explore new perspectives, develop tools, and feel truly supported. I enjoy exploring both individual symptoms and how the systems in our lives influence us. I enjoy working with women through major life transitions, particularly during the perinatal period. Whether you're trying to conceive, navigating pregnancy, adjusting postpartum, or settling into your role as a parent, I feel honored to walk alongside you during these tender and transformative times. With a background in hospital social work, I also bring deep experience in supporting clients facing chronic illness and grief, offering a warm and compassionate space to process and heal.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, I focus on relationship-building and learning more about your strengths, challenges, and hopes for the future. Together, we’ll create meaningful goals and explore interventions that align with your unique needs and vision for change. Most importantly, I aim to provide a safe, validating space where you feel empowered to try new skills, shift perspectives, and move toward improved mental well-being.
