Great to meet you!

I've been a licensed therapist for more than 20 years and have a deep understanding and appreciation for the struggles we all face. Much of my career has been working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, panic, depression, trauma and relationship issues. I utilize a combination of treatment approaches but most importantly, I am curious about each individual's path and tailor my approach to each unique personality and need.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that having a place to talk openly and freely, without fear of judgment, is critical to the process of change and growth. I love working with clients to foster that growth and help them realize their true potential.

What you can expect from our first session

Working with clients who are ready to do the brave work of looking at what isn't working well in their lives and what they would like see change is an honor. I consider walking this path with you and supporting you in your journey to be a true privilege.
