I hold a Master's Degree in Education and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. After 30 years of teaching, I embarked on a new career focused on helping women of all ages recognize their innate worth and value. I specialize in women's health, assisting women through the challenges of pregnancy and beyond.
My approach to therapy is person centered. This includes helping my clients develop a stronger sense of self-worth and better understand how feelings impact their daily life. This approach also helps clients build healthier relationships, resolve conflicts, and live a life aligned with their core values.
