Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe healing happens in connection, both with ourselves and with others. With over a decade of clinical experience and training in experiential, somatic, and trauma-informed work, I help clients move through emotional blocks, strengthen self-trust, and understand the patterns shaping their lives. I specialize in relationships, trauma, emotional processing, and personal transformation. My style is warm, intuitive, and engaged, and I support clients in building clarity, resilience, and authentic connection.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and body-centered. I help clients slow down and tune into their emotions and physical sensations so we can gently uncover the beliefs, protections, and unresolved experiences that may be influencing your relationships, self-worth, or overall well-being. Rather than focusing only on insight, we explore how your body responds, how emotions move through you, and how you can create new, healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space where we explore what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope to understand or shift. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get a sense of your history and what feels most important right now. My goal is for you to feel heard and grounded, and to leave with a clear sense of how we can work together moving forward.
