Great to meet you!

I'm glad you're here, and I want you to know that reaching out takes courage. I support individuals navigating a wide range of concerns — anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, personality disorders, schizophrenia, and more. Whatever brings you here, my goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to who you are. I work from an evidence-based framework drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while always keeping your unique experiences, goals, and day-to-day environment at the center of our work. Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, and I take the time to understand what a meaningful treatment plan looks like specifically for you.

What you can expect from me

From the very first session, my focus is on getting to know you — not just the challenges you're facing, but your strengths, your story, and what you're hoping to build toward. I show up with openness and empathy, and I'm here to help you better understand yourself, develop tools that actually work in your life, and move toward something that feels fuller and more fulfilling. I look forward to meeting you.
