Great to meet you!

If you are feeling stuck, experiencing difficulty enjoying life, or are concerned for a young loved one, psychodynamic therapy might be right for your family. Using a relational approach rooted in evidence-based attachment and psychodynamic theory, I aim to better understand you and collaboratively explore the underlying reasons you/your child may be struggling. With newfound awareness, you/your child can better manage internal emotions and experiences, in addition to life's ups and downs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in the treatment of expecting families (prenatal/postpartum), parent-infant dyads, children, teens, and adults.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to help uncover underlying issues that are impacting you and/or your child’s mood or behaviors so that internal experiences may be better understood and managed.
