Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have 20 years of experience working with all kinds of people. My experience includes healthcare settings, working with families, and the LBGTQ+ community. People come to me for help with things like anxiety, depression, life stresses, and past trauma. My goal is for my clients to feel heard and respected, and to help them find the way to feel better. I'm glad you're here!

My approach to therapy

Once I understand someone's story, we work together to define their goals for therapy. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help my client get where they want to be.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to understand how their history and self-talk impact their present functioning. They will feel less, anxious, more hopeful, and equipped to take on life's challenges!
