Great to meet you!

I received my first counseling license in 2015 in Indiana and my License as a Professional Counselor in Texas in 2017. I am EMDR trained. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and Autsim.

My approach to therapy

I strives to create a safe and loving environment free from any judgment to help bring healing. I believe in looking at the whole person recognizing that each individual and family is unique. I work to be creative in her interventions and empower clients to find their voice.

What you can expect from me

It is really important to me that I create a safe environment for change to happen. I believe in honesty and homework assignments. Often talking is not enough and we need realistic action steps to take propel change forward.
