Great to meet you!

I have 30 years of experience helping people like yourself overcome stress and obstacles that prevent us from celebrating our relationships and lives. I

Life can leave us disappointed or unsure. And it absolutely is NOT always fair! If you are feeling overwhelmed, distressed, or stuck in some area of your life then therapy can help you. I can help you..

I've been married to my best friend for 30 years now and we have 2 sons.

My approach to therapy

f you want a professional in your corner to listen and help you navigate, I would be honored to be a resource for you. I offer support and guidance—even gently challenging you at times—but you will be the one who decides what course of action you want to take with your life. I utilize different techniques depending on each client. I have found mindfulness and CBT to be most helpful in my own life.

What you can expect from me

I can be your safe person to confide in. I won't judge or tell you what you need to do. I will make suggestions but always support your choices for your life.
