Great to meet you!

I graduated with my Master's Degree is Social Work from Fordham University in 2014. I began working with women incarcerated and re-entering into society which created my passion for working with adults with multifaceted complex trauma. This was the beginning of my clinical journey to gain skills in working with various mental health diagnoses and co-occurring disorders.

My approach to therapy

My main approach is person-centered treatment. Discussing treatment plans collaboratively is an important part of the therapeutic journey. I incorporate motivational interviewing in sessions to help feel "unstuck" from a current situation as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to change thinking patterns. I have an eclectic technique to apply different evidence-based practices to what the person needs during their treatment.

What you can expect from me

A safe environment is a goal I like to develop with clients in order to build trust and progress towards the goals you would like to achieve.
