Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Dr. Michelle Francis. As a social worker and Doctor of Behavioral Health, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals from all walks of life. Despite our differences, one thing unites us all: at some point, we all need a little help. I’m here to walk alongside you on your healing journey. I specialize in helping clients navigate relationship challenges, substance use, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and everyday stressors, guiding you toward balance and growth.

My approach to therapy

As a solution-focused therapist, I’m dedicated to empowering you with the tools and support you need to thrive. I combine professional expertise with a genuine understanding of life’s challenges, creating a compassionate and collaborative space. Together, we’ll work to improve your overall well-being, build resilience, and develop effective strategies that lead to meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin building a strong foundation for our work together. This will include exploring what brings you to therapy, identifying your needs, and discussing what feels most important to you at this time. From there, we’ll collaborate to develop a treatment plan that reflects your goals and priorities, ensuring that our work is tailored to support your unique path forward.
