Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Michelle Friedland, a licensed psychotherapist. I specialize in empowering professionals and high-achieving individuals (teens and adults) overcome stress, anxiety, and the challenges of major life transitions. Using a direct, goal-oriented approach and my training in EMDR, I help you heal from the past and build the resilience needed to thrive. My goal is to equip you with the skills to confidently navigate obstacles and achieve a greater sense of purpose and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I work with my clients to create a safe and collaborative environment where I take time to earn trust allowing my clients to feel listened to and supported. My approach is client centered with a focus on helping the individual overcome barriers, set effective boundaries, learn useful skills, and implement healthy changes to move towards achieving their goals
