Great to meet you!
I have two master’s degrees from Liberty University: one in Trauma and Crisis Response Counseling and one in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. The majority of my career has involved working with vulnerable populations, especially at the intersection of mental health and the criminal justice system.
I prefer to work with adult first responders, including law enforcement, fire, EMS, probation and parole, emergency services professionals, and their partners or adult children. I also welcome all adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, stress management concerns, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, or the emotional impact of high-pressure work and difficult experiences.
My goal is to provide a steady, supportive space where you can feel understood, identify what is weighing on you, and begin moving toward healing, resilience, and meaningful change.
