Great to meet you!

I am a board‐certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals rediscover balance, clarity, and purpose through compassionate, evidence‐based care. My practice specializes in addiction medicine, medication management, integrating neuroscience, mindfulness, and whole‐person wellness to support lasting recovery.

My approach to therapy

I believe in using a thoughtful, collaborative approach to help you understand how medications support mood stability, reduce cravings, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen long‐term recovery. Every plan is individualized — guided by clinical evidence, your goals, and your lived experience. Sessions are calm, supportive, and grounded in compassion. We take time to explore what’s working, what’s shifting, and what you need next. Alongside medication management, we integrate mindfulness‐based strategies, lifestyle support, and trauma‐informed guidance to help restore balance and build resilience.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is designed to be calm, collaborative, and deeply informative. This visit sets the foundation for your treatment plan, and it’s where we begin understanding your story, your goals, and the challenges you’re facing.

We start with a comprehensive psychiatric interview, where I gather information about your medical history, mental health symptoms, past treatments, substance use patterns, and the environments that shape your daily life. This isn’t a rushed checklist — it’s a conversation. I want to understand not just what you’re experiencing, but how it affects you and what you hope to change.

Because medication management is central to the care I provide, we’ll discuss how different medications work, what options may support your recovery, and how they fit into a holistic plan that considers sleep, stress, nutrition, trauma history, and overall wellness. My goal is to help you feel informed and empowered, not overwhelmed.

Throughout the session, I focus on creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected. Healing is a journey, and the first session is where we begin mapping that path together — restoring calm, building resilience, and setting the groundwork for sustainable change.
