Great to meet you!

Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida. I see people virtually for issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, substance use/addiction and trauma. I want to help you change and grow in a positive direction in order for you to achieve your goals.

My approach to therapy

During our first session together, we will focus on what is essentially the reason why you feel you need therapy at this time. We will then focus on the challenges that you are facing. Next we will discuss what you would like to change in order to begin to feel better. Lastly, We will come up with a plan of action for our work together.

What you can expect from me

I love helping people find the best versions of themselves. Often people with issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma are looking for a way to escape those feelings. Sometimes it’s though alcohol, drugs or food. Sometimes it’s through other ways such as avoidance, isolation or unhealthy relationships with others. These issues can have a negative impact in your life. I can help you work through these difficulties. I want to take you from surviving your daily life to thriving in it.
