Great to meet you!

As a LCSW with 25 years of experience in mental health counseling and crisis management, I help people who are struggling with issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, loss and physical illness. My work is rooted in a restorative model, which emphasizes creating a safe and brave space for people to both speak their truth and to receive validation and support as they progress to finding their best selves.

My approach to therapy

We will utilize a number of evidenced based practices to create and support both healing and growth. These techniques include cognitive behavioral, strength-based, psychodynamic and mindfulness True wellness hinges on the full integration of mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing and our work will include these elements.

What you can expect from me

You are worthy of good things! I offer a comfortable space where you will be invited to share your thoughts and feelings, learn to make connections between your choices and outcomes, and advocate for yourself! I will be with you on this journey of personal healing as a support and ally.
