Great to meet you!

I provide telehealth therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that affect their daily functioning, work, or relationships.

With over 20 years of clinical experience, I specialize in helping individuals improve emotional regulation, and build healthier coping strategies. I use a compassionate, culturally responsive approach and strive to create a supportive space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered in their healing process.

I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and non-traditional communities, and I believe therapy should feel accessible, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your individual needs. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and insight-oriented approaches to help clients better understand their emotions, improve coping skills, and manage anxiety, stress, depression, and relationship challenges.

I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the therapy process. My goal is to help you build emotional resilience, improve daily functioning, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I value culturally responsive care and work with individuals from diverse racial, cultural, gender, and sexual identity backgrounds.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we begin discussing what brings you to therapy and the challenges you’re currently facing. Together, we’ll identify your goals, explore patterns contributing to anxiety, stress or relationship difficulties, and begin developing practical coping strategies to support daily functioning and emotional well-being.

My collaborative approach is designed to help clients build self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. Many clients leave the first session feeling more grounded, understood, and hopeful about the path forward.
