Great to meet you!

I offer 25+ years of experience where I will provide a safe, warm environment that allows you to explore and process your issues safely and effectively. Together we can work to ease the challenges and difficulties you face that will help you find resolution, contentment and fulfillment in your life.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in life transitions: launching young adults into college and leaving home, women transitioning back to work, as well as relationships, couples therapy, anxiety, depression, grief, loss and divorce. I utilize a variety of interventions including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy and psychodynamic therapy.

What you can expect from me

My approach is to work with my clients to make them immediately feel comfortable and safe to explore their presenting issues, explore alternative thoughts and behaviors that will effect change and identifying patterns that are impacting achieving joy and fulfillment in their lives.
