Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience helping adults through some of life’s more complicated seasons. My areas of expertise include anxiety, trauma, relationships, addiction and recovery, major life transitions, and reproductive and perinatal mental health—including infertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood.

I’m trained in EMDR and certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). My work in reproductive and perinatal mental health is also informed by personal experience, which gives me a particularly meaningful connection to this area of my practice.

Most importantly, I believe finding the right therapist matters. Therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself, feel genuinely understood, and trust the person you’re working with.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I don’t believe therapy should feel like simply talking about the same problems week after week without moving forward. We’ll work together to understand what is keeping you stuck, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and develop practical ways to create change.

I draw from evidence-based approaches based on each client’s needs and goals, including EMDR and trauma-informed treatment. I balance insight with practical strategies, and I’ll meet you where you are while also helping you move toward where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

The first session is as much an opportunity for you to get a feel for me as a therapist as it is for me to learn about you. Finding someone you genuinely connect with matters, so there’s no expectation that you arrive ready to tell your whole story or knowing exactly what you want to work on.

We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s been going on, and what you’d like life to look or feel like. You’ll also be able to get a sense of my style, ask questions, and decide whether I feel like the right fit for you. From there, if it feels like a good match, we’ll figure out next steps together.
