Great to meet you!

I work with adults, teens, and couples to reduce anxiety, strengthen communication, and build healthier relationships. My approach is collaborative and goal-focused, using CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed strategies to support meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I integrate CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing to help clients recognize patterns, build effective coping skills, and create lasting change. I focus on helping you feel understood, supported, and empowered to manage life’s challenges with confidence and balance.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk through what’s bringing you in and what you’d like to get out of therapy. I provide a calm, supportive space where you can feel comfortable opening up, and we’ll begin identifying goals and practical ways to help you feel more balanced and hopeful moving forward.
