Great to meet you!

I have worked in various roles and settings in the mental health field providing services to different populations and cultures. I have worked with clients who struggle with Depression, Anxiety, relationships and LGBTQ+ issues, among many other issues people struggle with daily.

I have the education and experience along with the compassion and patience needed to make clients feel comfortable and open-up. I look forward to working together to achieve your goals!

My approach to therapy

Our emotions are impacted by both irrational and rational thoughts. I will work with you to find the sources of these thoughts. If the thoughts are irrational, I will teach you how to change your thought patterns to a more rational thinking. If they are irrational, I will help you accept what you are unable to control and cope and process the unwanted emotions.

What you can expect from me

I enjoy helping clients to find coping skills for the anxiety and depression they experience. We will discuss how you are currently being affected by these symptoms and connect dots to past experiences that have contributed them. From there, we will develop goals find effective skills and strategies to achieve these goals. Remember, consistency is key!
