I work with teen girls and women who are in need of emotional support in improving their self-esteem, putting themselves first, and gaining control of their life. Often times we find ourselves feeling overwhelmed due to everything happening around us. Allow us together to create a balance in your life where your weekly routine also allows time for you.

In our weekly therapy sessions, we will learn about the anxious mind, identify and address fears that are making you feel unhappy, unmotivated, and worthless while establishing and implementing organizational behaviors and thought patterns to create healthy, long lasting boundaries.

One of the hardest things in life can be asking for help; so let us find a balance in your life where you can learn how to love yourself by fully taking care of yourself.
