Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health professional who specializes in helping adults navigate anxiety and depression related to major life changes, challenges with self-care, and the demands of a busy routine. I earned my Master’s degree from Florida International University in 2018. My practice focuses on helping clients better understand their emotions, identify triggers that contribute to anxiety or sadness, and develop meaningful, sustainable coping strategies that support greater balance and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is centered on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, seen, and empowered to be your authentic self. Together, we will explore your emotions, identify the thoughts, experiences, and triggers that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, frustration, or overwhelm, and develop meaningful coping strategies that fit your life. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process that allows you to slow down, prioritize your well-being, establish healthy boundaries, and build greater self-awareness and balance. My goal is to support you through the uncomfortable moments while helping you feel more confident and in control of the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space to share what brings them to therapy and what they hope to achieve. We will begin getting to know one another, discussing your current concerns, experiences, and goals, and identifying areas you would like to focus on in therapy. I will also answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic process. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and understood as we begin building a collaborative relationship focused on your well-being and personal growth.
