Great to meet you!

I work with adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about where to turn next—whether they’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply a sense that something needs to change. I believe that meaningful progress begins with a strong counseling relationship, one built on trust and genuine connection.

My approach to therapy

My counseling approach is integrative with an emphasis on mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, behavior modification, and solution-focused techniques. Each individual is unique and on their own journey so the sessions will be centered around your specific needs and not a one size fits all perspective.

What you can expect from me

Our initial sessions focus on clarifying your goals and determining if we’re a good fit to help you meet them. You may be coming in feeling confused or scared about how to start, and that’s okay. My role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and begin moving forward with greater clarity and confidence.
