An experienced quadruple board certified medical and mental health nurse practitioner who enjoys providing care for children and adults. A therapeutic, nonjudgemental approach is used to care for the whole client. Each client will benefit from an individualized treatment plan including nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, counseling, and medication as needed to help reach their highest level of overall health.
