Great to meet you!

Hi, I am Michelle and my goal is to be with you during the journey you embark for life changes. I obtained my Masters degree from Fordham University and have experience working with teens, adults and seniors, I have a belief that we are not meant to be an island or perfect. Sometimes we need the help of someone else to get out of our own head and out of our own way.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapy approach is holistic, warm, and sometimes humorous, working with you on not only the current concerns, but overall aspects in life. Because a change in one area of life can create challenges in other areas.

What you can expect from our first session

Expect to take away the comfort of knowing you are heard, we will work together in partnership, you will learn about self, your thoughts, behavior, emotions, patterns and tools to help manage daily life so your healing and change can begin.
