Great to meet you!

As a psychotherapist practicing in NJ for over 16 years I believe in mental wellness as key to a fulfilled life. I earned my Master's degree in Social Work from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.

I specialize in helping adults with managing anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting challenges, life transitions and various other mental health challenges. I also have experience in a variety of women's issues. My sessions with clients are a safe space for them to express their concerns and emotions.

I collaborate with my clients to develop personalized treatment plans and promote overall health and aim to empower people on their journey toward mental well-being.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I approach therapy with curiosity, respect, and openness. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe exploring how cultural influences and systemic experiences may impact their challenges and strengths. I tailor treatment to align with each client’s values and worldview, while working collaboratively to support growth, healing, and empowerment. My focuses are attachment based and humanistic approaches.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your concerns, goals, and history, and you’ll have space to share at your own pace. This session is also a chance for you to ask questions, get a feel for my approach, and decide if working together feels like a good fit.
