Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who helps individuals overcome stress, anxiety, and overwhelm so they can feel more balanced, calm, and connected in their daily lives. My clients include professionals, parents, and anyone who finds themselves constantly juggling responsibilities and wanting to create more peace and fulfillment.

My approach blends evidence-based therapy with practical, real-life tools to help you move from stress to clarity and confidence—so you can thrive, not just get by.

My path to becoming a therapist began with a deep curiosity about how small shifts in perspective can create lasting change. Over the years, I’ve worked in both inpatient and private practice settings, supporting people through life transitions, burnout, and personal growth. As a native Italian fluent in both English and Italian, I also offer therapy to those navigating cross-cultural experiences or seeking support in their native language.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate yet results-driven. I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and coaching techniques to help clients not only gain insight but also apply those insights in practical, actionable ways.

Each session is tailored to your goals—whether that’s reducing anxiety, managing stress, or finding greater fulfillment. I believe in your inherent strength and potential, and I work collaboratively with you to identify unhelpful patterns, build resilience, and cultivate a sense of calm and control. My aim is to help you thrive—not just cope—by developing clarity, focus, and a deeper sense of well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and focused on understanding your goals. You can expect me to ask thoughtful questions about what brought you to therapy and what you’d like to change or improve. Together, we’ll begin mapping out a clear, personalized plan to guide your progress.

Clients often leave the first session feeling more grounded, hopeful, and with a sense of direction. My goal is for you to feel heard and supported, while also knowing that therapy will be structured, purposeful, and centered around helping you create meaningful, lasting change.
