Great to meet you!

If you’ve been in a relationship that made you question yourself—your thoughts, your feelings, or your reality—it's not you!

I specialize in working with women navigating high-conflict relationships, divorce, and the lasting impact of partners with narcissistic traits. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in overthinking, and disconnected from who they used to be.

Therapy is a space where we begin to make sense of those experiences, rebuild your sense of self, and help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and trust in yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, structured, and tailored to your experience. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a trauma intervention to reduce the impact of distressing memories, and the Gottman Method (level 3 trained) to support insight into relationship patterns, communication, and repair.

Our work focuses on helping you understand what you’ve been through, recognize patterns, and develop practical tools to move forward in a way that feels steady and aligned.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space to begin untangling what’s been weighing on you. You don’t need to have everything figured out.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your story, what’s bringing you in, and what you want to be different. We’ll begin identifying priorities and what working together could look like moving forward.

Most clients leave the first session feeling heard, more grounded, and with a clearer sense of direction.
