Great to meet you!

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of nursing experience across emergency care, long-term care, hospice, and rehabilitation. My background has taught me that every person’s story is unique — and healing often begins when someone truly listens and understands.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood-related challenges, helping individuals regain balance and function in their daily lives. My goal is for each client to leave sessions feeling supported, informed, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward better mental health.

When I’m not working, I enjoy gardening, spending time with my family, and finding peace in simple moments that recharge both body and mind.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where clients can share what they’re going through while we work together toward stability and emotional well-being. I focus on accurate assessment, thoughtful diagnosis, and individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, lifestyle adjustments, and referrals for therapy or additional support when needed.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a calm and welcoming environment where they can share what they have been experiencing at their own pace. During the first session, we will focus on understanding your goals, challenges, and what brought you to seek care. We will review background information, discuss current concerns, and begin creating a plan that supports your unique needs. My goal is for my clients to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the next steps.
