I provide a nurturing, non-judgmental environment in which you can feel safe to share the matters of your heart.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, major life change adjustment issues, substance abuse, grief, loneliness and more. My services are offered online using HIPPA compliant video platforms and in person.

I enjoy serving adults using clinically tested and evidenced based interventions such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and more. Faith-based services are available upon request!
