Michelle Juhasz

My name is Michelle Juhasz and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have over 12 years of experience in various social work and clinical settings. I completed my graduate studies at the University of Southern California. Populations I have served include the Child Welfare system, Immigration, Commercially Sexually Exploited Children (CSEC), victims of domestic abuse and trauma, LGBTQ, and severally emotionally disturbed youth. I value and uphold cultural sensitivity to its highest degree.

I use a holistic approach, focusing on the myriad of factors that contribute to mental illness and work with my clients to balance and re evaluate their daily routines and practices in order to achieve success and healing. I also assist client's in understanding how past experiences have influenced current behaviors and thoughts through psychodynamic exploration.

I work alongside my clients using a person centered approach to set goals and objectives suited for their needs. I use specific assessment tools as well as client self report to measure symptoms and determine direction of care.
