Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes that every person carries within them the capacity to heal, grow, and thrive. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through authentic connection — with yourself, with others, and with a therapist who truly sees you.

I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are — no masks, no pretending. Whether you're navigating anxiety, a major life transition, questions about your identity, or simply wanting to grow into your best self, I'm here to walk alongside you.

As a fully telehealth practice, I'm proud to offer accessible, high-quality mental health care that allows you to receive support from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy, meaning I tailor our work together to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, Motivational Interviewing (MI) to enhance motivation and confidence for change, and Humanistic therapy to foster authenticity, self-compassion, and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, your personal history, and what you hope to achieve through counseling. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, relationships, and the areas of your life you'd like to improve. You'll also have the opportunity to ask me questions about my approach and what the therapy process looks like.

There is no pressure to have everything figured out before you begin. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we will identify meaningful goals and develop a plan tailored to your unique needs. My priority is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported from our very first conversation.
