My approach to therapy

As a psychotherapist and previous clinical supervisor, Michelle’s belief is that everyone deserves to be seen and heard. She creates a warm and inviting space in order to cultivate a strong therapeutic relationship. Michelle believes in being non-judgmental, caring and compassionate in order to allow clients a safe space for exploring complex emotions. Michelle actively partners with her clients to achieve their personal goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and any questions or concerns you may have. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I’ll also explain how therapy works, including confidentiality and what future sessions might look like.
