Great to meet you!

One of the things my clients often share is that they feel deeply seen, heard, and understood in our work together.

I believe therapy is an invitation to care for the whole person—mind, body, and soul. Healing begins when we approach the hidden parts of ourselves with compassion and curiosity.

My role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with the truest part of yourself, creating a space where you can deepen your self-understanding, honor your experiences, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing is as unique as the person seeking it. That’s why I intuitively tailor our work together to your unique needs.

I approach therapy through a holistic lens that integrates the mind, body, and soul into the healing process, honoring the spiritual dimension of who we are and the deeper meaning and purpose of our lives.

Together, we’ll explore the experiences, emotions, relationships, and patterns that have shaped your life while building on your strengths and inner wisdom.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, people-pleasing, perfectionism, self-worth concerns, boundary challenges, relationship challenges, spirituality, and life transitions.

My hope is to help you reconnect with yourself and create meaningful, lasting change that reflects your values and the life you feel called to live.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are.

During our first session, we’ll begin getting to know one another, talk about what brought you to therapy, and explore what healing looks like for you.

My hope is that you’ll leave our first session feeling seen, heard, and understood, with a sense of hope for the journey ahead.
