Life experiences can often leave us feeling discouraged, stuck, or unmotivated. It's usually in these times that we don't know what to do next. With an open mind, kind words, and, when needed, humor, I hope to provide a safe environment for my patients to move forward.

My therapeutic approach is a mixed bag! I meet my patients where they are and focus on creating skills through DBT, challenge thoughts through CBT, and use trauma treatment to explore and understand events in my patients' lives.

I'd like for patients to use sessions to explore parts of themselves that need space, explore the relationships between their thoughts and behaviors, and identify beliefs impacting their lives. I also hope that my clients leave with a least one good laugh.
