Great to meet you!

Hello & welcome to Inner Peace Counseling! I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Akron. My experience includes work in psychiatric private practice, the community mental health setting, and now my own private practice. I specialize in working with adults struggling with the impacts of trauma, anxiety, grief/loss, and relationship concerns.

My approach to therapy

You'll be met with empathy, authenticity, and genuine presence, because therapy should be a place where you feel safe and seen. We'll use a collaborative, evidence-based, holistic (mind, body, spirit) approach to help you move toward feeling whole again. I use a blend of techniques customized to you to fit your goals and preferences.

What you can expect from me

I support clients ready to move past surface-level symptoms and find a genuine, enduring calm that transforms their daily lives. You deserve a gentle, non-judgmental space to exhale, heal, and move forward. Let’s explore how we can help you find relief, resilience, and renewed hope.
