Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up as your whole self without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. I work with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationships, trauma, self-esteem, and the many ways we can lose ourselves while taking care of everyone else. My style is warm, genuine, and collaborative, and I believe humor and real human connection can have a place in therapy too. My goal is to help you feel understood while also supporting you in making meaningful changes in your life

My approach to therapy

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I draw from CBT, strengths-based and solution-focused approaches, relational work, and EMDR when appropriate, tailoring therapy to each person and what they need. We may explore patterns from the past while also focusing on what is happening in your life right now and what you would like to change moving forward. I tend to be an active therapist who will listen, ask questions, offer perspective, and gently challenge you when it may be helpful.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy, what has been happening in your life, and what you hope might feel different. You don’t need to come in knowing exactly what your goals are or where to begin, we can figure that out together. I want the first session to feel conversational and comfortable while giving us both a chance to see if we are a good fit. From there, we’ll begin creating a plan that feels realistic and meaningful for you.
