Hello,
I look forward working with you as you navigate
Life’s transitions—whether in relationships, work, or health—can be challenging. Together, we’ll navigate these changes and uncover new possibilities for growth and peace.
My approach to therapy is empathetic, collaborative, and solution-focused. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership—where you feel heard, respected, and supported while also being gently challenged to grow.
I meet clients where they are, recognizing that everyone’s experiences and transitions are unique. Together, we work to better understand what’s getting in the way, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and develop practical strategies that support meaningful change. I focus on helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
I specialize in working with teens and adults (ages 16 and older) who are navigating life transitions, such as job changes, relationship challenges, career stress, health concerns, or shifts related to aging. Change—whether expected or unexpected—can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to provide a calm, supportive space where you can process these experiences and regain a sense of balance.
Therapy is not about fixing you—it’s about supporting you as you grow, adapt, and reconnect with your strengths. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where healing and personal growth can unfold at your own pace.
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. I strive to create a calm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you can share at your own pace. There is no pressure to have everything figured out or to know exactly what to say—we start wherever you are.
During this initial session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges or transitions you’re currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and supports, while also making sure you feel heard and respected.
Together, we’ll begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. These may include gaining clarity, improving coping skills, navigating change, strengthening relationships, or simply finding a space to process life’s challenges. My focus is on helping you feel supported and leaving the session with a sense of direction and reassurance.
Above all, the first session is about creating a foundation for growth—one built on trust, collaboration, and compassion.
